David R. Perry Dundee: David R. Perry, age 59, of Dundee, NY died Saturday May 30, 2015 after a brave battle with cancer, at Hospeace House, in Naples, NY. Friends are invited to calling hours from 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (June 3) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where his funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Pastor Robert J. Stuart officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Reading Center, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospeace House, P.O. Box 343, Naples, NY 14512. David was born Sept. 26, 1955 in Montour Falls, NY, the son of Robert E. and Lillian N. Rogers Perry. He served in the U.S. Navy. A life-long area resident; he had worked in construction for the family business R. & L. Perry Inc. More recently he was employed by Keuka Enterprises, in Penn Yan, NY. An animal lover with a "Big Heart" he enjoyed raising pheasants in his younger years, and had always been a motorcycle enthusiast. He is loved and will be missed by his parents Bob and Lillian Perry; a sister Pam (Jim) Cutting; 2 brothers Donald (Julie) Perry, and Brian Perry, all of Watkins Glen, NY; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
