I love and miss you so much grandma. You were always the most kind and caring person you set a high standard for assistance of others and unselfishness. I wish I could be as pure hearted as you were, I don't think I've ever met anyone with such a big heart, you touched the souls of hundreds and made a difference in each and every one of there lives. You leave a great legacy which I intend to uphold.
Love,
Xander

I had the good fortune to have Bobby as a professor, teaching, the Psychology of Women, at Keuka College in the late 1970's. She was a tremendous power of example, and empowered us all to be more than just a pretty face. This was the time of burning bra's, claiming our place, sorting out our mission, owning our bodies, heart and soul. She showed up to class, very pregnant with Annie, and we teased her about dressing her in pink. She was revered, loved and caused us to pause, question and journey. We were blessed to have her in our lives.

Steve, Annie, and Zack,
Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time. I always thought of Bobbie as my "fun-loving" aunt, who was simultaneously a kid at heart and wise beyond her years. I'll never forget her sense of humor and as a kid what a pleasure it was to make her laugh. The last time I saw Bobbie was when she was reading and playing with Natalie and Oliver, my kids experiencing the joy of making her laugh.
All our Love,
Peter, Jenny, Natalie, and Oliver

Heartfelt condolences to Barbara's family, particularly Steve, Zach, Annie, Jay, and her so beloved grandsons, for such a great loss. Bobbi was always so happy about family visits, or when she and Steve were going to pick up the children. Her joy in her contact with children was contagious and it was fun to see her pleasure in children's interest and learning, especially in nature, gardens, insects... Her compassion, wisdom and devotion for her own family were so present in her work with children and families.
I am grateful to have had the honor and delight of being Bobbi's colleague and friend during the past several years. Bobbi's way was to deal with challenges, and accomplish what could be done. Working with Bobbi was a pleasure sparked by her insight, intelligence, and humor. She extended her generosity and kindness in so many ways. She was a great friend.

Such a wonderful woman whom I have known for many many years. I think back about the years we worked together at EPC and then in Yates County and most recently the number of initiatives we partnered on. A true advocate for kids and families and any number of others who crossed her path. Her "causes" were many. I will miss her.
My condolences to you, Zack and Annie.

Bobbie was like a second sister to me. She was family. She cared about her family, her neighbors and the world. She walked the walk and didn't just talk the talk. She was full of life and intelligence and nature. She was the epitome of independence, bravery and courage. She lived and died according to her standards. We all loved her, and we all love you. We send you hugs and kisses until we can give them in person. We love you!
