William A. ''Bill'' Multer Penn Yan: William A. ''Bill'' Multer, age 54, of Penn Yan, NY died suddenly on Monday December 5, 2016 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, in Penn Yan, NY. Honoring the family's wishes there will be no prior calling hours. Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am Saturday (Dec. 10) at St Michael's Catholic Church, 312 Liberty Street, Penn Yan with Fr. Felicjan Sierotowicz officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to help with Bill’s daughter Melissa’s college expenses 228 Hamilton St. Penn Yan, NY 14527. Bill was born June 21, 1962 in Hershey, Penn., the son of the late Joseph Younica and Beverly Brodribb Multer. He graduated from Penn Yan Academy in 1981. On Sept. 8, 1984 in St. Michael's Catholic Church he married the former Denise Marie Nolan. He worked as a mechanic after high school; then he truly enjoyed working at Pennsylvania House in Penn Yan, NY before going to Kodak in Rochester where he worked for nineteen years. A member of the Penn Yan Moose Lodge, and the Yates County Snow Mobile Club; Bill enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and boating on Keuka Lake. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Denise Marie Multer, his sons Ryan (Kelly) and Michael, a daughter Melissa, grandchildren Braylinn, Kane, and Parker, a sister Pat (Dave) Higgins, a brother Tim (Colleen) Multer, sister-in-laws Michelle (Mitch) Niewiadomski, Maureen (Gary) Travis, brother-in-laws Mike(Yvonne) Nolan, Jerry (Dorothy) Nolan, Dan Nolan, Tom (Ann) Nolan, Dave (Kelly) Nolan, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
