Obituary of Jammie Lee Drake

Jammie Lee Drake Bradford: Jammie Lee Drake, age 34, of Bradford, NY passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 surrounded by her loving family; after a courageous battle against cancer, in the comfort of her Grandma's home, where she was wonderfully taken care of by her Aunt Bridget Taft and Grandma Barb. Honoring her wishes, friends are invited to her memorial service at the Tyrone Fire House at 11 am Saturday (Nov. 2) followed by a celebration of her life. Those wishing; may feel free to bring a dish to pass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a ServU account in Dundee, NY for her son, Joseph Drake. Jammie, was born September 24, 1985 in Montour Falls, NY; daughter of Brenda (Jim) Jamison and Cam (Helen) Sutherland Jr.. She graduated from Dundee Central School in 2005. She was devoted to working at the Schuyler County ARC. She was a lifelong Green Bay Packer fan, who enjoyed her job and all the people she came in contact with while working. She also loved spending time with her family and going on her yearly camping trips. She is so loved and will be greatly missed by her husband James Drake, son Joseph, who is the light of her life, and step daughter Marissa Bassett; her father Cam Sutherland Jr., and step father Jim Jamison; four sisters, Jessica (Sam) Root, Brittany (Bryon Case) Jamison, Amber Sutherland, Cierra Sutherland; her nephew David Root; her grandparents Barbara Dombroski, Cam (April) Sutherland, and Doris Jorgensen; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. She was predeceased by her loving mother, Brenda A. Jamison on June 23, 2018, her grandpa Joseph E. Dombroski on June 29, 2003, Great Grandma (Big Mama) on June 14, 2015, and cousin Vera Leighann Dombroski Metris on June 23, 1990.
