Obituary of Joanne K. Craft

Joanne K. Craft Bradford/Lamoka Lake: Joanne K. Craft, age 76, of Bradford, NY passed away peacefully following a brief illness on Monday May 10, 2021 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, in Elmira, NY. There are no prior calling hours. A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday May 22, 2021 at the Victory Highway Wesleyan Church, 150 Victory Highway, Painted Post, NY, with Pastor Ted Roloson officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Victory Highway Wesleyan Church 150 Victory Highway, Painted Post, NY 14870 c/o Craft General Fund in memo line. Joanne was born June 12, 1944 in Morris Run, PA, the daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Dial) Esaias. On Sept. 18, 1993 in Tyrone United Methodist Church she married the late Jack L. Craft who passed away on April 12, 2013. She was employed for 30 years by the U.S. Postal Service retiring as the Post Master of the Wayne, NY Post Office. Mrs. Craft loved her family, her church, and her small group of friends which she recently took up sewing with and brought her much joy. She will be forever missed by her loving and devoted son Jim Stauffer; daughter Denise (Sean) Hayes; grandchildren Jessica and Andrew; cousin, Gloria (Wilber) Crumb; many nieces, nephews, cousins; special childhood friend Sandi Garside and many lake friends and neighbors.
