James A. ''Sam'' Corbitt Bradford: James A. ''Sam'' Corbitt, age 58 from Bradford NY, passed away peacefully at his home "His Happy Place" on Tuesday November 16th 2021. James was born in Penn Yan, NY on May 6, 1963 to Clarence A. "Butch" Corbitt and Wanda J. "Jean" Gee. James went to Dundee Central School and later on in life got his G.E.D. In 1981 he married the former Rececca Zachman (seperated) whom he shares 3 children with. Throughout his life James worked for different factories including Seneca Foods, Kepco, Clearplass and later on before becoming disabled he took a liking to construction work where he worked and traveled the east coast In James' spare time, he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and being with family and friends. His hobbies included gardening, rock collecting and collecting old coins. James will forever be loved and missed by his 5 children. Christina Corbitt of Dundee, NY, Brandy Corbitt of Beaver Dams NY, Joshua Corbitt also of Dundee; and his fur-babys Bigfoot and Sassy which resided with him at home. Seven grandchildren, Jared Horton, Victoria Wilson, and his grandpup Lola all of Dundee; Robert and Franky Bell of Lake Ariel Pa, Izabella and Gabriella Trank also of Dundee. Brother and Sister, John Corbitt of Penn Yan NY, and Wanda Buck of Addison NY. Best friends DJ and Ila Campbell and their 3 children Mitchell, Dakota and Devin of Bradford NY. Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by both his parents and his brother Gregory. At this time there will be no services. A celebration of life will take place in the summer; date and place to be determined and announced.
