Mildred Elaine Sevier Painted Post: Mildred Elaine Sevier, age 88, of Painted Post, NY; formerly of Mt. Pleasant, IA went home to be with her Savior on Friday December 9, 2022 following a short illness. Mildred was an integral part of Joe Sevier Ministries for over 40 years. Her passion was relaying and introducing the gospel of her Lord to those who were lost. Mildred leaves behind a loving husband, Joe, of 45 years, her daughters Truly (Alan) DeVol of New Braunfels, TX, Natache Guirma of Portland, OR, sons Shawn (Deanne) Sevier of Mt. Pleasant, IA, Shane (Melissa) Sevier of San Angelo, TX; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, her son Dar Reisinger, and daughter Jill Reisinger.. The family will greet friends from 10:00 am – 11:00 am Saturday January 7, 2023 at the Glen Baptist Church, 3311 Reading Road, Watkins Glen, NY 14891; where a Celebration of Her Life will be held at 11:00 am with Pastor Paul Brown officiating. Memorial contributions to honor her memory would be to donate or send a Bible to someone via The Gideons International c/o Memorial Bible Chairman P.O. Box 36 Dundee, NY 14837.
