Robert Clark 'Bob' Leonard Dundee: Robert Clark ''Bob'' Leonard, age 72, of Dundee, NY passed away unexpectedly on Sunday January 15, 2023 in his lifelong home. Honoring his families wishes there are no calling hours. A Celebration of His Life with Military Honors; will be held at the convenience of the family on a date to be announced in the future; with inurnment in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee, NY. 'Bobby' was born the day before Christmas, December 24, 1950 in Wellsboro, PA, the son of the late Marion Frank and Virginia Mary (Thomas) Leonard. He graduated from Dundee Central School in 1969. He was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1970 during Vietnam, serving as a chef in Saigon during his tour. Honorably discharged in 1973; he returned to the area living and caring for his mother for the rest of her life. 'Bob' worked for many years for Pennsylvania Housein Penn Yan, making furniture; after which he discovered his true calling and skills along with having the personality to be a devoted and wonderful bar tender for many years, employed by the owners of the former Pour House, and Blondies on Main St. in Dundee. Having never married, he is survived by his loving sister Lucine A. Conover of Penn Yan; his only brother James Leonard of Lafayette, NY; and many dear nieces and nephews; along with countless friends.
